Gents – full ones please, ladies – from the knees.
- Make sure you warm up first!
- Start with your chest on the floor and both hands slightly off the floor.
- Push up keeping your body straight and head looking slightly forward.
- Lower yourself back to the start position and raise your hands off the floor again.
- Count a rep every time both hands come off the floor at the bottom of the press-up
- Record your score for a minute – full reps only please.
- Rest and repeat!
