The M1NUTE Games – Press-ups aka Push-ups


Gents – full ones please, ladies – from the knees.

  1. Make sure you warm up first!
  2. Start with your chest on the floor and both hands slightly off the floor.
  3. Push up keeping your body straight and head looking slightly forward.
  4. Lower yourself back to the start position and raise your hands off the floor again.
  5. Count a rep every time both hands come off the floor at the bottom of the press-up
  6. Record your score for a minute – full reps only please.
  7. Rest and repeat!

PS Our video star did 36 in minute – can you beat that?
