The M1NUTE Games – Lateral Jumps


  1. Make sure you warm up first!
  2. Grab a rolled up mat or towel and place it on the floor.
  3. With both feet together jump over the mat from side to side.
  4. Count each time you land and record how many you did in a minute.
  5. Enter your result in the Bodybook Challenge
  6. Rest and repeat!

PS Our video star did 106 in a minute – can you beat that?
