The important thing in fitness is to ‘use it or lose it’ and certain Challenges now reflect that. If you don’t post your progress you’ll receive a friendly warning in the form of a yellow card. Ignore this, however, and you’ll be given a red card. This will automatically remove you from the Challenge and order you to quietly leave the field of play. Here’s how it works…
If you don’t post any activity in a challenge for a while, a number of things will happen:
1. You’ll receive an email with your yellow card

2. The usual sticker for the challenge changes to a yellow card and is displayed in your challenge and activity feed.

To make your yellow card go away, you simply need to post some more progress and the sticker will revert back to it’s original form. Remember though, if you don’t post your progress again you’ll receive another yellow card.
If you don’t post any activity, even after receiving a yellow card, you’ll receive a red card. Red cards have more serious consequences as you’ll be removed from the challenge and the red card sticker is displayed on your sticker page.

Once you receive a red card, it stays on your sticker page. However, you can redeem yourself by joining the challenge again and playing until you finish. Your red card will then change to the normal sticker to show you earned it fair and square – we can keep the red card just between us!
To stick at something, we all need a nudge sometimes, and we hope this new feature helps to give you the incentive to finish what you started.
